"Refund took longer than I expected"
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a while. Not a huge issue, but the wait was kind of annoying.

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I didn’t feel like this was worth the price. From the photos online, I was expecting it to look and feel nicer, but once it arrived, the quality seemed cheap to me. Delivery was fine and there weren’t any major issues there, but overall I just didn’t feel like I got good value for what I paid. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless the prices were a lot lower.

As someone who gets a little particular about how my orders arrive, I was disappointed. The box came beat up, and the packaging inside didn’t seem strong enough. The item was rattling around a lot, which made me nervous when I opened it.

"Trying to return something turned into a whole saga"
I bought something and figured returning it would be straightforward, but wow, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. I kept getting passed around, waited days for email replies, and the instructions were confusing enough that I wasn’t even sure I was doing the right thing. After all that, I still haven’t gotten my refund. it just wasn’t worth the hassle...

I ordered a personalised gift i was excited when I checked the preview because it looked just right. But when the actual item arrived, the name was a bit off centre, and I noticed the font didn’t look quite the same as the one I’d chosen.

It wasn’t ruined or anything, and I could still use it, but I guess I expected a bit more accuracy since it was meant to be personalised. Not a terrible experience, just a bit disappointing when you’re hoping it’ll feel extra special

"Tracking info was unreliable"
My experience wasn’t the best mainly because the tracking was way off the whole time. It kept showing statuses that didn’t really match what was actually happening, so I had no idea when my order was really going to show up. It also ended up arriving later than the date it originally gave me, which was frustrating because I was kind of planning around that estimate. I reached out to support hoping they could clear it up, but they didn’t really explain what was going on or give me much useful information. Overall, the order did eventually arrive, but the tracking and communication made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be

"Okay quality, but the experience felt a bit condescending"
I ordered from metoyouonline.com the quality was just okay. One of the items felt kind of cheap, though it’s still usable. Shipping was fine and didn’t cause any issues, but for the price, I was expecting a little more. What bothered me most was that the whole experience left me feeling a bit talked down to, like my expectations were somehow unreasonable. Not terrible, just not something I’d be excited to order again

"Late delivery with little communication"
I ordered a gift from metoyouonline.com and paid for delivery because I needed it by a certain date. It didn’t arrive when they said it would, and the tracking barely moved for days, so I was left checking it myself over and over.

When I finally got a response, it felt like a generic reply rather than an actual update. The item did turn up in the end, but it missed the birthday, which was the whole point of ordering it. Things can run late, but a clear update is basic. I wouldn’t use them again for anything time-sensitive

"Delivery took forever"
I was already in a impatient mood when I ordered, so waiting nearly three weeks with barely any proper updates made it even more frustrating. Really annoying experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"The stock info really needs work"
I thought I had everything sorted because the item showed as available when I placed my order. Then a little later, I found out it actually wasn’t in stock after all. It was frustrating, especially when you think you’ve successfully bought something and then get told afterward that you haven’t. I get that stock can change, but the website really needs to stay more up to date. I’d be hesitant to order again unless the stock info is clearer.

I checked out Me to You Online thinking I’d find a nice gift, but the selection was disappointing. There just wasn’t much there, and it felt like I was scrolling through the same few things over and over.

A lot of the categories looked half-empty, and when I did click on something, it was either unavailable or just not very interesting. I also reached out hoping they might suggest something or clarify what was in stock, but there was no follow-up at all, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you’re looking for, but if you’re trying to browse and get ideas, it’s not great. I gave up and ended up buying the gift from another site

I reached out to their customer service two different times and didn’t hear anything back either time. It was just a simple question, so that made it even more frustrating. I mean, if they can’t answer that, I kind of assume the rest of the service won’t be much better. I wouldn’t bother using them again.

I tried metoyouonline.com mainly because I saw a promo code advertised, and to be fair, the discount did apply at checkout without any issue.
From my experience, though, a few of the offers looked more appealing on the main page than they did once I clicked through. I had to slow down and check the fine print, which was a little frustrating.

Overall, I’d say it’s fine if you happen to find a genuine deal, but personally I wouldn’t buy something just because they’re promoting a discount...
